Abstract

A person intending to give an oral/poster presentation at the symposium is requested to fill in the form of Abstract Submission page together with a one-page abstract (approximately 200-300 words) to the Scientific Secretariat

Prepare your abstract file according to the following guide.

  • Use A4 size sheet.
  • Margin: top 2.5 cm; bottom 2.5 cm; left 2.5 cm; right 2.5 cm (2.5 cm = 0.984")
  • Use 12 points type.
  • Underline the presenter.
  • Paper title, 'Keywords' and 'Abstract' should be typed in boldface.
  • The length of abstract is limited to 200-300 words.

    • You are requested to complete ID application before abstract submission. Follow the procedure of Registration page of the website. Follow the procedure of Abstract Submission page and upload your abstract file. Each participant is accepted to submit up to 2 abstracts. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and authors will be notified (accepted, accepted with revision, or rejected) no later than August 15, 2009.

    In case of accepted or accepted with revision, you have until August 31, 2009, to complete registration payment for the symposium so that your abstract may be included in the final scientific program.
